This is likely to be one of the most influential trainings you'll ever receive. All option traders are taught what an option is and when they expire but, and here is where gets interesting, what actually happens on or after the 4:00pm trading expiration?   

If you do not close out your option, long or short, what will happen? What does the market maker do with the stock prices after the Friday close and the 11:59am Saturday option expiration? What happens in your account if you're assigned? Can it actually be a good signal to be assigned?
