Dear Mike,
I am a member of the totally volunteer team at Tucson Hospitality Inn (THI.) We provide affordable housing for visitors in Tucson, Arizona for medical reasons.  As a beneficiary of your charity donation program last month, you caught all of us flat-footed upon receipt of over $800. Our Manager, Lou, almost threw the envelope and checks away, as he is blind, and like the rest of us, gets lots of junk mail.  When he finally realized your letter was for real, he presented it to us in our last Team meeting as a "surprise letter!"

 What an awesome program!  And it could not have come at a better time. THI exists only on donations, above the small daily fees charged to guests for their stay. Last month we were $455 in the red, when all the bills for this 6 bedroom house were paid.  Gifts like these made by your investors are so precious to us.  Those checks paid for paper products and other monthly household expenses allowing us to continue our work.

 Please pass along my heartfelt thanks to your clients for sharing their profits with our organization.  It's so good to know that generous people still exist throughout America.
