1) Once you have typed in your Username and Password please click on the View button for your account type.
2) When the next screen pops up, make sure you have the correct account type in the "Plan Name and Pricing" box and then click on the "Cancel This Subscription" button. The next screen that pops up should be a confirmation of the cancellation.
